By registering, you agree that FocusED Learning may use your information to send the webinar link, reminders, replay, and follow-up resources. We never sell your information. 

FocusED Learning is an educational consulting and professional learning organization led by Dr. Doneen Johnson. This notice explains how we collect and use information when you register for or attend our webinars.

When you register, we collect your name, job title, school or district, and email address. If you choose to answer the optional registration question, we also collect your response. During a live webinar, our meeting platform may record your attendance, and any questions or chat messages you share.

We use your information to:

• Send your webinar link, reminders, and the replay
• Share resources promised during the webinar, such as handouts or guides
• Follow up with you about the webinar topic, including an invitation to a planning call
• Understand who attends so we can improve future sessions
• Send occasional emails about resources, workshops, and events

Every marketing email we send includes an unsubscribe link. You can opt out at any time, and we'll stop sending marketing emails. We may still send messages directly related to a webinar you registered for.

We never sell, rent, or trade your information. We share it only with the services that help us run our webinars and email, such as our registration platforms (LinkedIn and Podia), meeting platforms (Zoom and Google Meet), and email services (Google and Mail). These providers handle your information under their own privacy policies. We may also disclose information if required by law.

Webinars may be recorded and shared with registrants as a replay. Attendees' cameras and microphones are off by default. If you ask a question aloud or on camera, it may appear in the recording. Questions in the chat or Q&A may be read aloud without your last name.

We keep registration information for as long as it's useful for webinar follow-up and for our email list. You can ask us to access, correct, or delete your information, or to stop contacting you, by emailing FocusEDLearning@teachers.org. We'll respond within 30 days.

Our webinars are designed for adult educators and school leaders. We don't knowingly collect information from students or anyone under 18.

We may update this notice from time to time. The effective date at the top shows when it was last changed.
